Pricing FAQ

How do I pay?

Through Moyasar — mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. Prices include 15% VAT and you receive a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from /account/billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free automatically.

What if I exceed my Free plan's 5 sessions?

You'll see a soft 'limit reached — upgrade to Pro' card. Crisis tools stay active and your conversations aren't deleted.

Discounts for students or non-profits?

Yes — 50% off Pro for verified students, and free Premium for registered Saudi mental-health non-profits. Email support with documentation.
